All packages need to be paid for in-full at time of purchase. Maintenance sessions will be charged on a per session basis.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Revised Health Coaching, we value your commitment to your health and well-being. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have implemented the following policy for appointment cancellations:
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation or Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

Cancellation of Package Session Within 24 Hours : If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your session will be forfeited.

Cancellation of Maintenance Session Within 24 Hours : If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Responses might not come through within the 24-hour period but as long as the notification was sent 24 hours before your appointment time, no fee will apply.
Refund Process:

If you have paid for your appointment in advance and cancel within the 24-hour notice period, we will refund you the appointment cost minus the applicable cancellation fee of 5%.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation and will be returned to the original payment method used for the appointment.
Exceptions:
Please note that the 24-hour notice refund policy applies to the Package and Maintenance Coaching sessions. For any exceptions or extenuating circumstances, please reach out directly, and we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
